Around The World in 80 Years

My life goal is to travel the entire would before I die (I am hoping I have around 80 years left, but who knows).  I find that traveling is the one thing you spend money on that actually makes you a better person.  It leaves you with a collection of memories and experiences.  I hope that if one day I could travel the globe, I would go to places in South America, to Europe, and Africa.  I have learned that places within in the United States are different, so I can not even fathom how different the rest of the world is.  It is interesting to look at photographs and read articles about different places, but nothing is as real as seeing it with your own eyes.
I believe that traveling is one thing I would want to do forever.  It is something I actually love.  Some people are more of homebodies, and that is completely okay.  Yet I can not stand being in one place for too long.  It becomes boring and repetitive.  I have grown tired of seeing the same scenery and people day after day.  How is life ever supposed to be exciting if nothing really changes?  
That is one of my constant struggles.  If my life was a word in the dictionary, it's definition would be boring.  Traveling is probably the most exciting thing there is, in my opinion.  There are so many parts to the world and I long to visit them all.  Not only the major cities (though that is one of my goals), but I honestly hope to visit small villages in foreign countrysides as well.
I also love meeting different and new people.  While I (sometimes) love my friends and family, I see them all day everyday.  It would be so nice to escape that and to meet new, interesting people from all over the world.  I think a lot can be learned from people who come from different backgrounds, and I also think that strong friendships can form between people who share the love of traveling.
Spectacular, and sometimes bizarre, foods are another bonus to traveling.  Though some foreign foods may seem odd, they can also be considered delicacies.  I think it would be an experience unlike any other to sample foods from around the world.  I genuinely hope to one day go around the world in 80  days  years.  Here are some destinations I would love to see:
