Last Christmas, I gave you my heart.
Just kidding. But Last Christmas was amazing. Then again, every Christmas is. But, it was not too memorable, except the part about it being the most incredible holiday ever. So as I sit here, almost through with all my homework and listening to Wham's classic hit, I have made a decision. This Christmas shall be memorable. That way, when next year rolls around, I can say "Last Christmas was memorable because [insert reason here]". I just need to find a way to make it outstanding. First, I thought of throwing a classy Christmas party, but which teenager would want to come? They will most likely be doing unclassy things. So, I thought of going caroling, but who actually does that? I can barely sing anyways! I will most likely bake a ton of Christmas goodies. Perhaps I will go to an orphanage or something like that and donate presents and read The Night Before Christmas to the kids. I know those sorts of things only happen in the movies, but it seems like something I would enjoy. After all, getting people in the Christmas spirit is what I'm all about. Actually, Christmas can be very much like a movie. You know, everyone dancing by the fireplace to classic Christmas hits and baking festive cookies. Taking walks in the snow and cuddling under a mountain of blankets to watch all the holiday movies that are on television. Decorating the tree as Carol of the Bells plays in the background, and hanging garland from the railings. It is all very cliche, but maybe that is what makes Christmas so enjoyable. I would just really like to make this one important and extraordinary. What are some super festive ideas you have? I am going to continue brainstorming into the night and probably all throughout school for the week. Later, I'll be discussing some little thoughts I have on Thanksgiving and all the things I am thankful for. Until next time xxx.
Isabel! You, me, Hannah, and Ainsley should throw a Christmas party!!!! It would be the best, most classy thing ever and I don't even care if we're the only ones there (except we won't be because we will make people come!)
